Testing AutoSupport
You can use the AutoSupport Test dialog box to test the AutoSupport configuration. An email message with the subject Test AutoSupport or the text that you typed in the AutoSupport subject box is sent to the specified recipients.
Steps 
1.
From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system to display a subtree of management features.
2.
Configuration > System Tools > AutoSupport.
3.
Click Test.
4.
Ensure that the AutoSupport subject box contains the text Test AutoSupport or any text that notifies the recipients that you are testing AutoSupport.
5.
Click Test.
